Investment Management
We source, underwrite and structure our own deals and invest as principal. Every deal is opened to a small group of partners, one at a time, with full sight of what they are backing.

Investment & Asset Management
Parevia is an investment boutique focused on real estate and the businesses around it.
Real estate equity investments are the core of Parevia Partners. We acquire, structure, manage and invest as principal in necessity-based real assets, in strong micro-locations and situations where operational work changes the outcome.
The team that underwrites and executes a deal is invested in it and accountable for the whole holding period. There is no distance between the business plan and its execution.
We invest where real estate, operations and conviction come together.
Parevia Partners is an investment boutique focused on real estate equity investments as principal. We invest in essential real assets and selected situations where ownership, judgment and execution need to remain closely aligned.
We treat real estate as an operating business: tenants, space, contracts, costs and decisions that have to work together over time. We see the asset from the inside out. We acquire when we understand what is there, what can improve and what it will take to deliver it.
Our capital sits in every transaction, which keeps us close to the asset and honest about the plan. We open individual deals to a small group of partners, deal by deal.

We manage, reposition and improve what we own, from the day we buy to the day we sell.
We invest in operating companies with a direct link to property, infrastructure or the built environment.
We buy real estate that people genuinely need. Grocery and everyday retail that sits in the weekly routine of the people around it. Logistics space close to the customer, where the location does the work. The doctor's practice next to the supermarket. Care and senior housing, where the demographics have already decided the demand.
The lease tells us what the building earns today.
The location, the layout and the structure tell us whether the space is still needed once that lease is gone, and what it earns then.
We buy on the second answer, and the years after closing are where we turn that answer into value.
Parevia comes from the Latin par and via, the equal way. It names the terms we invest on: the same road and the same risk as our partners and investors.

The partnership is not new. Louis and Dominik worked together at Slate Asset Management for four years, where Dominik led asset management across Europe and Louis was responsible for Germany, the platform's largest European market.
Dominik has spent 14 years in European commercial real estate, working across the full lifecycle of investments, from investment management and financing to value-add execution at asset level. Over that period he has executed more than 35 portfolio transactions, around €3bn in acquisition volume and €2bn in associated financings, across eight European countries with a focus on grocery real estate and adjacent asset classes.
He joined Slate Asset Management in 2019 as the second hire of its European platform and built and led asset management across Europe until 2026. He also shaped the platform's expansion into further European markets and the build-out of local teams.
Louis has spent eight years in German commercial real estate, with a focus on asset management, leasing and disposition execution. Over that period he has executed more than 90 single-asset dispositions totalling around €300m, alongside acquisitions, leasing and financing work across grocery-anchored and adjacent commercial assets.
Most recently he was responsible for Germany at Slate Asset Management from 2022 to 2026, the platform's largest European market with around 400 assets. He led the onboarding of the x+bricks portfolio, 188 grocery properties valued at over €1bn and the largest German real estate portfolio transaction of 2023.
